Inomech s.r.o has many years of experience in developing highly dynamic machine tools. From proposal, analysis, mechanical engineering of particular sub-assemblies, making complete documentation to final assembly. We use advanced methods of 3D computer modeling including FEM and other analysis so that the virtual prototype is as similar to the real one as it is only possible. TOS Čelákovice - Inomech s.r.o. was a part of team developing multi-purpose lathe center. Our responsibility was to perform analysis from the FEM to proposals of individual drives, force analysis, loading states, etc. We lead the mechanical engineering of beds of various lengths, steady rests, tailstock and contra-headstock. Inomech also performed construction studies, proposals and variations of individual sub-assemblies of the machine and the technology of manufacturing and assembling.
Kovosvit MAS - designing of individual assemblies of machine tools - i.e. reconstruction of supports, 3D modeling and technical documentation for various beds, etc.
ČVUT Praha - development, design, manufacturing and assembling of an experimental kinematics for SlidingStar machine tool, a machine with parallel kinematics, highly dynamic, redundantly powered. Lot of papers was written based on this machine (final year papers, scientific articles, ...), i.e.:

Workpiece Positioner :
Manipulator for workpiece positioning – cycloidal gears, which are parts of harmonic transmitions. There is overall 15 typified sizes of workpieces that range in mass from 0,5 - 40kg.
Another manipulator is designed for positioning workpieces of internal gears, from pallets to the machine tool working space. There is overall 15 typified sizes of workpieces that range in mass from 0,5 - 40kg.
